As many plus size women know, finding plus size clothing is hard enough, but finding a standardization in the sizing can be even more daunting. After all, missy sizes many times are cut to a 20, and women’s plus sizes usually start at a 14W. And let us not forget that UK sizes may look the same as the US, but more times than not run a size smaller.
Here is the rule of thumb when looking at plus size clothing? Women’s apparel plus sizes are usually cut more generously than missy sizes, so if you see a W at the end of the size (not to be confused with WP which means women’s petite) it is larger.
An example of how things work:
At J. Jill and Land’s End an XL = an 18 -20. (In contrast an XL at Banana Republic = a 14-16).
Technology is always on our side (or at least we hope so) and in the case of plus sizes the force is with us again. This new technology will cure many fashion plus size problems with the advent of avatars (3D models created in your exact image) to try on plus size clothing. Many predict this will stem the growth of mass customization where plus size stores will be offering plus size clothing that will be made to order just for you.
So the moral of this story is when you are shopping at your favorite plus size store, make sure you’re checking measurements on all your plus size clothing. Also when shopping online for your plus size verify the return policy and don’t be afraid to email the company for further information.
Apparel plus size fashion tips for looking your best
With fashion plus size, one-piece dresses look sleeker than separates. When at that plus size store look for stretch fabrics and well-placed dars to help the fit. And if for some reason your fashion plus size needs to be separates, just remember the brightest or lightest color or print “pops” and accents whatever it’s on. One way to balance out a top heavy figure (plus size women): is with a zebra skirt and black turtleneck. You get the idea!
Please, all you plus size women, don’t be afraid of sleeveless garments. It’s very flattering to show a little skin. If you don’t feel comfortable in the new plus size sleeveless dress you just bought then drape a beautiful, sheer shawl around your shoulders or pop on a shrug.
The worst thing a woman, especially plus size women, can do is cover up her entire body head to toe, trust many times you may want to, but don’t. Pick your best asset, which for most women who are plus size, is their curvy bust and shapely body. Don’t be afraid to flaunt it in your plus size clothing!
So, for all you plus size ladies, be courageous and flaunt it. And next time you are out shopping at your favorite plus size store remember to check all sizes on your plus size clothing and have fun!

Years ago, I decided I wanted to play the guitar. Keen and eager, I rushed out and bought a guitar, amplifier, effects pedals and a few books. I got it all home, plugged it all in and then made a noise that sounded like a herd of cats all caterwauling out of tune.
After some days and weeks of struggling and irritating my family I decided that I needed to learn properly. The best way to learn properly is to get someone who is already an expert to teach you.
So I went out, found someone who was an expert guitarist in the style I wanted to learn and studied with them. I also watched my favourite guitarists playing; watching exactly how they played and moved their hands. I, of course, copied them (though I now realise it’s called modelling!).
With an expert teaching me, I soon became much better at the guitar and was no longer banished from the house when I wanted to play.
I could probably have taught myself guitar from books and from fiddling with the guitar, but it would have taken me a lot longer than it otherwise did. Through using a mentor, I sped up the learning process and avoided a lot of the pitfalls, bad habits and mistakes many self taught guitarists pick up along the way.
Later on in life, I worked as a consultant for a large computer corporation. Again, I was learning the ropes and was given a mentor; an expert who already knew the system and the company. My mentor advised and guided me through my career as a consultant. He saved me a lot of trouble and made me aware of all the loopholes in the companies processes and procedures, which helped me get more pay rises and a better company car!
Whatever area of your life you want to develop in, it is important that you have a mentor. Whether this is in your career, your personal life, your business or your hobbies. A mentor can speed up the learning process and help you to become the expert and success you want to be.
So how do you find a mentor?
Well, you may know someone who is already an expert and could approach them and ask them. You could join forums on the Internet and find experts there (though check their credentials first). Search for websites of people in the area you want to learn from. You may find they have books to help you or even provide a one to one coaching service. You can also read biographies and auto-biographies of people you want to learn from and model them.
Sometimes you may have to pay a mentor, whether with money or through providing them some service or help. Other times people will be happy to mentor you for free just to help you out. When you become an expert you too may want to give something back and mentor other people.
If you are looking for a business mentor, then often local chambers of commerce provide mentors free of charge. Professional bodies will often be able to put you in touch with a mentor too.
A mentor will save you a lot of time and effort in the long run, and it is well worth your time and effort to find one to shorten your learning curve. Whatever area of your life you are working on, business, personal or pleasure, find yourself a mentor to help propel you forwards to the level of success you desire.

For the past several hours, I’ve struggled with this week’s message, the words, “what will I write?” screaming in my ears. I’ve felt like the princess who promises her first born child to the little man named “Rumplestiltskin” if only he will spin straw into gold. Unfortunately, I’m not a princess and Rumplestiltskin is no where to be found.
Finally, it dawned on me that the most helpful thing I might share this week is how vital it is to embrace the empty spaces that crop up in life rather than running from them. Creativity is a process that ebbs and flows. And if my past experience is any indicator, often times a period of stillness or seeming emptiness precedes a period of awesome creativity (I hope!).
So if you find yourself in a waiting period, a period of low or no creativity, a period when the ideas aren’t coming, the creative juices seem to have dried up, I invite you to join me in celebrating the wait rather than cursing it. Do what you can in the interim, whether that’s clean up files, return calls, balance your checkbook, walk the dogs or any of a thousand other necessary daily activities. Don’t do them as a way of escaping the creative drought; rather do them mindfully, knowing that dry spells happen and in the meantime, life goes on.
It’s also a time to ask what part of yourself may have become disconnected in the busyness of your life. Are you neglecting some aspect of your self care? Perhaps you were journaling and have stopped. Maybe you’re involved in activities and organizations that no longer reflect your values, or you need to reconnect with friends or renew some spiritual practice. What part of your life have you disowned or misdirected? Take a look to see what you find.
I hope these thoughts are helpful to you. Thanks for allowing me to share a part of my creative journey that doesn’t often get airtime. And remember these oft-quoted words, “this too shall pass.”
Until next time,
Betty

A large number casino games can instigate you to get addicted in no time. A case in hand is the classic slot-machine, an electronic contraption with 3 plus gears which pivot once a crank coupled to it is started. This instrument by and large pays out referring to an array of motifs shown on the front panel of the machine. Deplorably, casino pastimes allow the illusion of supremacy, effectively deluding the visitor: the punter is awarded alternatives, but these can never really nix the gamer’s fundamental handicap. That is precipitated by the betting saloon never repaying the full sum as hoped for. This structure is often seen at work in well known casino games like five-card stud, craps, roulette or blackjack.
Seven-card stud is really an incredibly popular casino game. The gamesters, holding fully hidden cards, will bet in a principal pot that is granted to the winning participant retaining the winning set of cards. (Of course, the coolest bluff may actually win) Analogous to seven-card stud poker, blackjack too is a very popular casino game. A substantial part of its notoriety is due to the mix of luck and know how & choice making, as well as a process labeled “card counting”. The aforementioned is a peculiar playing tactics in which visitors are in a position to significantly shift the arm of chance of the card game to give them an advantage both by wagering and strategy actions in correlation to the cards deployed.
Craps is another well known casino game based on the roll of 2 dice. Gamesters may place bets on the score of 1 cycle, or on a series of cycles of two dice. Contrary to blackjack, there just isn’t any easily available killer strategy people could profit from to bend the odds.
Roulette is another incredibly popular casino game — a croupier whirls a roulette wheel enclosing exactly 37 (applies to classical roulette) or, respectively exactly 38 (as in American roulette) differently tagged cells in which a rolling pellet must settle, thereby determining the winning number as well as its respective sequences. Supposing that the player wagers on a number and is successful, in other words it’s their lucky day, the guaranteed disimbursement is going to be 35 to 1, the original wager proper will be returned. Indeed in totality the initial stake is multiplied by a factor of thirty six.
You should always be very very watchful nonetheless as all of these betting house games of luck are massively obsessive. Many lives may have been spoilt by reckless gambling + notwithstanding that it definitely might be a lot of fun, please do venture to control your gambling.

Many of you reading this will be all too aware of the UIGEA statute that was stealthily passed by the Bush government, but all US gamblers have been affected by it.
UIGEA – the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act – was designed not to target the offshore gambling industry directly but to stop the transfer of funds from a financial institution to an Internet gambling site, with the notable exceptions of fantasy sports, online lotteries, and horse/harness racing.
What this has meant in practice for those of you in the USA who like to bet is that it has been more and more difficult to deposit and withdraw funds into internet casinos using your credit card.
The other side effect is that many of the most reputable (and publically listed) gambling firms pulled out of the USA altogether and stop accepting players from the US.
In all, American gamblers have been left with a decreased choice of casinos that accept US players and the gambling industry has actually become less regulated rather than more regulated as a result.
It isn’t within the remit of this article to discuss the political ramifications of UIEGA, but while some respected online casinos like Cherry Red Casino and Rushmore Casino have thrived, there are so few places for US gamblers to play that a lot of rogues are profiting in this environment. I strongly recommend US players to check out sites like our own USA-Players-Welcome.com to find the reputable casinos and to take online casino bonus codes from places where you have truly read the terms and conditions associated with that bonus.
I don’t mean this to come across quite as doom-laden as it is. There are still some great online casinos out there which will accept your credit cards and do pay out in a timely fashion. Just be aware of where you choose to play, until UIGEA is finally done away with.

One of the things often toward the bottom of the pile when preparing for a college career is health insurance for students. At that age, health insurance is the last thing on a student’s mind. Teens are wont to believe they are immortal and that they will never suffer from an illness. Unluckily, this is rarely the case irrespective of how well an individual might seem. Affordable medical insurance is not simply for the wealthy, it is a necessity. Students who are included in their family insurance policy are generally covered up until their twenty-third birthday. For those who don’t currently have cover on their family plan, an important part of budgeting for school has to be researching an appropriate health insurance policy. So what’s essential in a policy designed for college students? What is your deductible? This is a nominal annual sum you have to pay before your medical benefits begin, similar to a car insurance plan. An example is, if your deductible is $500, you have to pay that amount prior to getting any benefits from your insurance.
So what’s a co-pay? Once you have paid the deductible, most insurance policies require you to pay a percentage of the cost of each visit to the doctor, medicinal drug or procedure. This is called a co-pay. What’s the area of coverage? Numerous plans are Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or PPA. This may mean certain specialists might be omitted from your approved medical providers or not be covered under the insurance plan. Most programs include a directory of approved professionals, so make sure to take that into consideration when you select a plan. Catastrophic medical insurance coverage: You should be mindful that there is often a limit on medical insurance policies specifically for students particularly concerning critical illness, and for most medical insurance for students, it’s generally significantly lower than any regular health insurance policy. And what about the limitations? Student health insurance policies may have various restrictions. It is crucial to study your insurance policy thoroughly to discover exactly what may and may not be included.
Keep all your medical insurance details nearby at all times. It is not just impossible to predict accidents or illness, they are also likely to happen at the worst possible time. Acquaint yourself with the parameters unique to your insurance policy, whether you are included with your parents or with your own health plan.

The Resurrection Of A Criminal; I Am A Christian
I sit in a 8/11 cell all the world that lives within my tomb, I’ve been in prison nine years now almost ten; this is my second trip to the house of treason. I’ve spent 80 percent of my life behind bars. The scars is too much, and the death I live within self, lord I cry no more; I have sold my soul to Satan, your pains shall be no more, the only regret is the tears upon your eyes, I got where I am by simply being ignorant and using violence to remedy the hate I had for self, I’m currently doing life for murder. I am in prison over a drug deal gone bad in which someone was killed. I am serving life for murder. Nevertheless my death sentence is the lack of my loyality to God; I now live like an animal in a cage.
I saw the angel that sat before my bed, never knowing I was worthy; of the Almighty name, but yet my testimonial that stands before the resurrection, I have done much harm, abolishment of humble; I have never known, the lord said come to me as you are, their was know battle that could block the beauty of the Angel; the tears upon my eyes, I fell upon my knees the Almighty God said tell me my name.
He said my Son know man has fell without sin, the test is to bring you home humble as a child, but yet the battle you have fought, Satan shall not have your soul, nevertheless you have found me in a bounded hole, suffer to those who call my name, I shall give you warmth and peace, I have visited you and you shall bow down to me. My son’s sit upon an 8′11 tomb, I shall forgive for there is know back door where I live. Surrender in the name of the Son, I shall bring you to the peace full land.
Teach the words of my psalms for I have cried many times, yet I the father of Love, I the father have felt the pain, betrayal of my creations, and treason to my son, of sacrifice, for who so ever come and teach the words of thy God, no trust passes shall follow you in my house. Their shall never be peace upon the land, for every man shall bow his knee, and every tongue shall confess, there is no calm if the laws don’t come from my house.
I shall teach you the psalms of my blue print, there is no freedom unless righteousness is the foundation, their shall be know family, if righteousness is not prayed together, their shall be know glory if you serve two masters, I have the Key to peace and trinity in my house, but yet I say upon this land of my bounty, their shall be spiritual warfare, I shall steal from the cradle before Satan claims my children. But unto thee who breeds the children of the devil, the blood streams of the un-wanted suffer, and the generations continue to curse, the paradise that God has given, how can man honor his nation, for every seed that is given, the rebirth to another generation, shall kill his self, treason that he pass on to his breeder, what ever, and who so ever shall follow in the way of generations.

I have walked you through hell, I have silently waited for your return, In this life the transformation shall be the out come of your survival, in the words of love, I shall take you to another level of understanding, as you sit in the dungeon of hell, I have your attention, the humble shall seek the house of the lord, as I speak man shall listen, the utters of hate shall block the voices of my humble servants. I shall show you the Angels of my house, I shall break the darkness, I shall speak to you in the mist of the night, no one shall know my calling.
Many who come in my name, betrayal they sit before my name, the tears that sit upon my trust, the love I have given in hope, but yet Satan rejoyce of his work, nevertheless, you call my name in pain, but I shall have the last word, those who trick my childrens soul, for every man shall sit upon the land, when I speak their shall be know words upon his mouth.
