Divorce is certainly an emotional time for families. In fact, it ranks as one of the most stressful experiences in life. However, it is not only the adults who experience this stress. If the adults are parents, their children often suffer greatly. Their suffering can not be entirely eliminated. A certain amount of grief at the ‘death’ of their parents’ relationship is to be expected. Nevertheless, while the adults are going through typically arduous legal wrangling it is important for them to remember the needs of their children and put them first. Deciding to cooperate for their sake will help to protect the children’s emotional well being by maintaining their sense of security and need for unconditional love. Marital breakdown is difficult for everyone – especially children. There are several ways in which loving, responsible parents can cooperate for the good of their children. Even though the marriage may have broken down, the parental relationship is ’till death do us part’.
Child and youth counselors emphasize that children need lasting relationships with both parents. More often than not joint custody is granted because of this accepted understanding. Ideally, the relationship of the parents should be business-like and cooperative for the sake of the children. Children should not witness hostility between their parents and should not hear negative statements about either parent. It is recommended that parents commit to regularly scheduled meetings, in a neutral location for the purpose of discussing child-related issues. Education, medical, religious and moral issues that concern the children’s well- being need to be dealt with by both parents. If emotions prohibit calm conversation, there are often family justice counselors available in the community to facilitate these important meetings.
Children going through the divorce of their parents usually have many questions and worries. Compassionate responses are required and it certainly takes mature parents in order to put aside their own issues and help their children gain some understanding about a situation over which they have no control. Unfortunately, many children experience guilt and often blame themselves for the marital breakup of their parents. Counseling – whether group or individual – can be an effective way to lessen this destructive burden. The objectivity of the counselor may help the child open up and share his/her feelings. As children mature, their questions will differ so the issue of their parents’ divorce is never really over. A commitment on behalf of both parents to open communication with the children will reassure them greatly.

Acquiring a gas cooker or electric cooker can to a great deal of people be an intimidating thought, especially where the price tags can run from a entry price of about £300 right up to the higher level cookers that can cost anywhere up to £5,000. The features available within the wide price range are vast and sometimes tricky to set apart.
Yet, once you’ve eliminated gas-based cookers as a solution there are several key options to look at which could help you reduce your choices from 100s of models of electric cookers to 4 or possibly 5 cookers.
Fundamental Things to Consider: Straight away, your foremost thing to decide should be if you want to opt for a slot-in or an incorporated cooker. A slot-in cooker doesn’t require encasing: and a model that has a single oven often slots in a 60 cm cubic area (sixty centimetres high, by sixty centimetres wide, by sixty centimetres deep). It is also possible to select a double oven which can fit within an area of similar width and depth as a singular oven, but is 90 centimetres in height.
If you are building the electric powered cooker into a new or refurbished kitchen, side-by-side ovens are a favourite option.
This means that you must select among electric operated cookers that have single or dual ovens. With two ovens you can warm two items of food at completely different temperatures; alternatively you can use one as a broiler or warmer.
Other things to contemplate over consist of whether you would favour electronic or manual controls, a self-cleaning oven (a typical feature) or, even better, an electric powered oven with a pyrolytic cleaning module. Such systems, which clean the full interior are found in the more pricey brands.
You will also need to think about your new cooker’s exhaust system, whether it will be built-in or “chimney” style.
Electric Cooker Fitting: An excellent sales person ought to be able to aid you through the choices stated above, and also assist you in determining if your electricity supply is far too much for the specific make of cooker you are obtaining. A number of electric powered cookers call for a thirty or 45 amp power supply, with a thirteen amp fuse connection. Cookers don’t often come with cables integrated; yet, it is strongly advised that you take on a qualified engineer for the fitting. The engineer will then make sure that you have the required electricity level & installation.
Gas cookers & electrical cookers each have their individual advantages, and among cookers electric operated products are regularly the correct choice to purchase. Discover a huge collection of electrical products such as; electric cookers, American fridge freezers and cooker hoods from leading brands online.

An oven is a central piece of equipment to every kitchen these days. There are more than a few varied models and styles of ovens to acquire. Having hundreds of different choices can definitely make your time hunting for a brand new oven a very difficult and overwhelming job. One of the vital factors of your selection is that you ought to opt for an oven that will both suit your requirements not to mention your planned budget. The cost of ovens can range from £250 up to two-thousand pounds. Here are a number of helpful recommendations you ought to chew over before selecting an oven.
One of the first things you ought to dwell on is whether or not you need to cook with a gas oven, an electricity oven, or alternatively a duel fuel oven. In general, gas ovens warm up more rapidly than electricity powered ovens. They also help to keep food moist whilst cooking thanks to the damp heat that they generate. Electric ovens on average cook food noticeably more consistently and much faster when contrasted to gas ovens, nonetheless they do take sufficiently longer to get to temperature. You will be able to cook quite a lot of different kinds of dishes all together in an electricity powered oven for the reason that they tend to be warmer at the top and cooler near the bottom. A duel fuel oven is an electricity oven that has a gas hob. This style of oven will offer you a much more rapid cooking period than that of an electric oven.
An additional thing to remember when shopping is the precise type of oven you will need for your kitchen. One type you can get is a conventional oven. The temperature will change throughout with a conventional oven given that they are either heated from the top or heated from the bottom. The bottom will be cooler than the top and the midpoint will be at a modest temperature. These particular styles of ovens are wonderful for making roasts; on the other hand a fan oven will cook dinners more evenly. Multi purpose ovens are a combination of fan ovens and conventional ovens and are therefore great for cooking a wide selection of meals. Last but not least, steam ovens are good for those enthusiastic about healthy cooking because you don’t have to include any oil or fat. You also can’t burn food in a steam oven. Find a diverse selection of electrical products such as; ovens, food mixers and Hoovers from leading brands online.
The dimension is an added factor that needs to be thought about when trying to search out the most suitable oven. Solitary ovens are by far the most well-liked and come in several different appearances and colours with quite a few cooking pre-sets. Double ovens are two times the size of the single ovens. If you enjoy entertaining or have a considerably big family then this oven will be right for you and your needs, on the contrary small ovens are just right for people who have restricted space.
Features that you are suggested to look for in an oven consist of; self cleaning and electrical controls. An oven that includes electronic controls is amazing for cooking meals that ask for an exact cooking temperature.

‘Broadband’ is the general term used to refer to high-speed information transmission over networks, and nowadays is used increasingly to mean a fast Internet connection.
The term has more to do with the electrical waveform (’signal’) being transmitted. The signal can come to you through a variety of physical arrangements: a DSL line, a T1 line, a TV cable, a wireless link and even your utility power line.
Which physical arrangement is best for you depends a great deal on what is available in your geographical area and the price of each arrangement. You should do a comparison of speeds and costs and choose what is optimal for you. Just be sure you do not choose an ISDN line (because it is getting obsolete) or power line (because the technology is not mature, and it will be some years before the bugs are ironed out).
Live in a large city and want free wireless broadband Internet? Your wish is or will be granted! Almighty Google is busy fixing antennae to lampposts in major cities so that your computer can access the Internet much in the same way your mobile phone accesses your cellular network: almost anywhere in any city. Not only will you get driving directions to that restaurant you are going to, the maitre d’ will appear on a small screen and take your order as you drive.
~ Broadband’s Bag of Goodies ~
Broadband has brought a slew of valuable capabilities to the Internet:
1. Good Video
First of all, you can download smooth, non-jerky video. Consequently an increasing number of sites are including rich graphics, Flash and video to enhance the appeal of their messages. You can now download feature films from over 200,000 Web TV stations and watch them as they stream into your computer (“stream them”). No more trips to the video library and no more renting DVDs!
You can share your screen and talk with co-workers located at far-flung locations (or just relax and play Xbox or PS2 games with them). You can interact with them from the convenience of your home computer, and the need for a physical office can be dispensed with. This implies less travel in your car, less gasoline consumption and less pollution of the atmosphere by engine exhaust gases.
You can search online video archives with specialized search engines. This means you can download video that matches your chosen phrases. Examples would be “Nick Lachey singing ‘My Everything’ to Jessica Simpson”, “Oprah visiting Katrina victims” or “how to toss a thin pizza shell”. There is no longer a need to wait for your subject to be broadcast.
2. Cheap Long Distance
Broadband has enabled miracle of low-cost long-distance Internet telephony. This application is based on the renowned technology, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). You can now speak to your loved ones or business associates in most other parts of the world for 2 cents a minute!
No more waiting for late nights or weekends to get those “free minutes”… you can afford to call anytime. Additionally, the sound clarity is several times better than that of a conventional phone call… voices are loud and clear with little or no background noise.
This means you can stay in touch more often. You can get news faster and offer advice without delay. For instance, a timely observation about a certain medical treatment could very well save the life of the person at the other end!
3. Always On
With Broadband, you are always connected to the Internet. No more dialing up and waiting to connect. The dialing time is freed up for you to use for other things.
In most cases, you get a telephone connection with the broadband connection, so you can simultaneously speak on the phone and surf the Internet. Your phone line will not be busy when you surf so that people can reach you even if you are online.
One important user of this constant connectivity is security. You can have inexpensive webcams mounted in various locations of your home or office and connect them to the Internet. Since your broadband connection is always ‘live’, you can monitor your house from anywhere, anytime. No more worrying when away from your desk or living room!
~ Conclusion ~
The day is not far when dial-up connections will be a rarity. If you have not yet upgraded to broadband, start working at doing so NOW. You will definitely not regret it.

I firmly believe that knowledge is the most important tool in anybodys tool box. I would like to share some of the things that I have learned over the years. Today we start with Victory fuel injection. I hope when I am done that you may have learned something. To some this may be review, but it never hurts to have a refresher course.
Unlike your car a Victory motorcycle has very few sensors. They are as follows:
1] Barometric sensor[baro] – this is to allow the ECU to change maps depending on elevation. Think of it as having infinitely variable jets.
2] Oil temp sensor[temp] – this tells the ECU actual engine temperature. The main purpose for this sensor is cold start enrichment.
3]Air temperature sensor[AT] – since air density is effected by temperature. The Air temperature sensor, like the Barometric sensor, allows the ECU to adjust mixture for varying conditions.
4] Speed sensor[SS] – not only tells the speedo how fast you are going. It tells the ECU speed , and rate of change. It also works as a load sensor.
5]Crankshaft position sensor[CPS] – tells the ECU the crank angle so it knows when to fire the injectors, and the plugs.
6] Throttle position sensor[TPS] – on the Vic this is the big daddy. It not only gives throttle angle, and rate of change, It is also how the ECU sets base mixture.
7]ECU[Electronic Control Unit] Is the brains behind the whole thing.
Now that we know what the parts are here is how it works[simplified]. We are all familiar with the term “map” as it is referred to in EFI, but actually there is a large collection of maps. This is where the AT, and Baro sensors come in. By cross referencing the two sensors the ECU can select a map area based on air conditions. Once that is done the ECU looks at the Temp sensor to allow enrichment for cold or warm start/run.
Now we begin to fine tune things. After the map area is selected. The ECU looks at the TPS. The base voltage signal from it narrows the process to one map[This is the reason that TPS setting is so critical]. Within this map[think of a series of thousands of boxes set up in tight rows] Lets say we are in the bottom left box at idle, and that if you slowly twist the throttle we will move in a diagonal line up the chart. Each box adds a little bit more fuel. If we jab the throttlle quickly we shift from the bottom left to a few boxes right, and continue the diaginal line up. If we are moving[under load] We start off up a few boxes, and as we accelerate we move up the old diagonal line. At cruise we stay in one box,and on decel we go diagonally down towards our idle position[bottom left]
So basically any change in throttle angle moves us diagonally to the right. Rapid change moves our start point directly to the right, and load[as determined by speed] moves our starting point up. this is a simple explanation for a simple system. The real kicker here is that since an injector fires in milli seconds. All this is happening in nano seconds. The faster the ECU works the better the mixture control.

Have you ever been a victim of road rage? Well it is not so fun is it? All of a sudden someone in a car near you simply goes berserk for no reason at all and there you are trying to defend your self in a much nicer car than they are in? Obviously you do not want to meet by accident, as the last thing you want to do is give this person you ID and personal information. A person like that is liable to go crazy and come to your home?
So what do you do when some moron is talking on the cell phone and flips you off thru the sunroof of his car while he shouts obsenities you can almost hear over your stereo and air conditioning? Meanwhile this maniac is honking the horn with his elbow and holding the cell phone in the same hand? And you are a bad driver? Hmm? Sounds like this SOB needs some anger management classes and quick?
Where is a cop when you need one; what a jerk off indeed, I mean who is this guy and what is his problem; he must be on drugs you think? Now your driver’s hand book says to not make eye contact with these road raging nut cases, but it is rather hard not too as this guys speeds up, slows down, swerves in your lane hits his brakes.
You are starting to think you should just ram the dude? Ah but don’t, knowing your luck they will take you to jail instead. Just count to ten back off the gas and let this guy go where ever he is going; and yah you are thinking what I am think; I hope he goes to hell?

If you voted for George Bush in the recent election, you should stop complaining about the national budget crunch and the planned destruction of public education, Social Security, Medicare and Veteran Affairs. Ignore the wounding and death of so many service men and women and the looming war between civilizations that shall recruit a million more terrorists who hate the way our government arms tyrants to dominate a billion miserable, poverty stricken people. After all, you got precisely what George Bush promised — you got what you signed on for. You helped create a powerful movement away from our beloved Republic toward a ruthless American Empire ruled by a handful of powerful neo fascist aristocrats, neo con politicians and neo-zealot preachers who came together in a coup against the people of the United States. We now see multitudes of persons falling out of the middle class; battered by subsistence wages, under financed schools, homelessness, poor medical care, a horrendous national debt and vanishing retirement plans. There shall be bloodshed for the next half century as much of the world bands against us. In the words of former Fed Chairman Paul Volker, “We face a looming financial, political and social disaster that is tied directly to the Bush tax cuts and the expenses of a war fought for totally irresponsible reasons.”
Bush’s modus operandi in serving his robber baron supporters, is to pull government out of the business of serving everyone except those with the clout to demand more and more from their reactionary politicians and fundamental preachers. After all, real human services require taxes that powerful manipulators don’t want to pay at all. Since taxes are the price we pay for civilization, they evidently believe that the benefits of civilized living are greatly overrated. This is what Bush had in mind when he quipped that a dictatorship wasn’t such a bad idea — providing he was the dictator. One doesn’t have to be a Freudian analyst to recognize that many a jest conceals the truth as a means of maintaining deniability. One Bush scheme includes propagandizing nave Americans into believing that our children are dying in Afghanistan and Iraq to extend the blessings of freedom there. Actually, to the reactionaries now in power, democracy has become a quaint, much overrated concept from the rural past. Freedom has already been overwhelmed by a tsunami of campaign money that leaves the people unable to control their politicians. And, with the intrusive presence of Homeland Security reaching down into every neighborhood, with someone like Roberto Gonzales the Attorney General, do you really believe that right wing neo fascists are ever going to disband such a powerful command and control system? Not in our lifetimes, even if terrorism vanished tomorrow. No one relinquishes power willingly — least of all the politicians and preachers who combine forces to gain control over society.
Actually, George Bush’s concept of freedom is to foist unrestricted Capitalism and Consumerism on developing societies to further enrich the financial aristocracy. It has nothing to do with Jeffersonian self-governance. It simply cannot; not with so much money being spent by vested groups and so many politicians eager to muzzle down into the trough. His view of democracy has little or nothing to do with serving society’s people. Unless, of course, they went to Harvard or Yale. When Bush claims to love America and to support the American people, he thinks of America as being the financial aristocracy with whom his family had golfed for generations. He is part of the group that at a Texas Republican Convention stood and chanted for fifteen minutes, “We are the real Americans, we are the real Christians.” They received a standing ovation. The rest of society are see by the entire Bush family as servants and as flunkeys who are never of any significance. When Bush was first running for political office, he asked a consultant to brief him on how to win over poor people. He said, “I have no experience with them — I have never known a poor person in my life.” Of course, the idea of exporting democracy to Iraq and Iran came late from the Bush White House. It wasn’t even a whisper until the scams about weapons of mass destruction and the cooperation of Hussein and bin Laudin as terrorists collapsed completely. Only then did the president’s staff work around the clock trying desperately to find something with which they could convince the nave American masses was worth sacrificing their sons and daughters for. Obviously, with the great propaganda machine available to the Bush people now, even the parents of dead and wounded kids are persuaded that their children were somehow serving a noble American cause when they were actually being wasted by cynical abusers who saw an opportunity to project American power into the region with all the oil reserves. Of course, the vast majority of grieving parents could not bear the horror of believing that a son or daughter was maimed or died for the greater profit of Texaco or British Petroleum. Such a thought must be repressed, has to be adjusted in order to ease the pain, especially when the Commander In Chief praises their sacrifices as a noble duty to God and country rather than to benefit the robber barons for whom Bush is their spokesman.
If you support George Bush, knowing what is going on the Middle East, after learning that the Pentagon is projecting the occupation for five to ten more years, with Iran the next attack on Bush’s drawing board, and more casualties occurring regularly, stop pretending to care. Forget the twenty year old boys with ghastly head wounds I was with yesterday at the Veteran’s Affairs Hospital. Bush has made it easy to forget them — he won’t even let anyone grieve over their caskets. Out of sight really is out of mind for people who perceive our boys and girls as a resource — while Bush is orchestrating yet another cut in the V A budget. If you like what Bush is doing to America and its growing number of peasants whose children can only find work by taking the King’s shilling, you are either part of the problem or so nave you cannot find your way through the thickets of propaganda used to trick you into abandoning the Republic, into sacrificing the lives of many Americans and Iraqis alike. You really deserve him as your tyrant.

About thirty years ago, statisticians armed with all of their
statistical theories began to confront the financial markets. A
handful of useful tools emerged that the average investor should
be familiar with when they look to purchase stocks.
One secret that people “in the know” use is “BETA”. “Beta” is
a number which reflects how volatile a stock has been relative
to the market. This number is also quoted on most quotation
services so it is easy to get to, but I have often found that it
is never defined. A BETA of 1.00 means that on average, a stock
has traditionally matched the markets swings both on the upside
and on the downside. A BETA greater than 1.00 reflects above
average market volatility, and a BETA of less than 1.00
indicates below average market volatility. When a BETA is less
than zero it indicates that the stock moves contrary to the
general market, going down in bull markets and rising in bear
markets.. It used to be the case that Gold mining stocks would
have negative betas. Internet stocks for example have very high
betas.
Many of the analysts that cross your TV screen and make
recommendations use BETA as their primary screening device in
searching for suitable investments. So the next time your
broker calls with an investment recommendation, ask him what the
BETA is and then relish the silence on the other end of the
phone. Then send him a copy of this article!

In Jim Edwards “Turn Words Into Traffic” eBook he teaches you not only how to write articles professionally with out complicated knowledge but also how to turn those articles into traffic building opportunities. Instead of broad generalities on how to write articles that will benefit you, Jim shows you step by step directions on writing your articles that will interest your readers and publishers. This method steers traffic to your website without the guess work of relying on the search engines ever changing rules.
It clearly gives you the “know how” to systematically build a review article which will have you making money without any huge cash output. Although none of us will be able to write a polished article immediately by applying these steps, eventually it will become second nature and will greatly benefit your bottom line.
Every marketing Guru on the internet keeps praising the advantages of writing articles, but how exactly do you do this and why are articles so important? To answer that question, read Jim Edwards “Turn Words into Traffic”, the most informative eBook I’ve found available to give you the pointers you need to know about writing articles. So why should you believe Jim Edwards? Mr. Edwards is a syndicated newspaper columnist and the author of several best selling eBooks, CD-ROMs, videos, numerous audio tapes, software packages and a newsletter with thousands of subscribers. He has used these techniques to attract tens of thousands of visitors to his various websites which generated substantial profits.
One of the most valuable points of “Turn Words Into Traffic” is that Jim doesn’t’ just explain how to use articles to boost your web traffic, he shows you in a step-by-step process, exactly how to do it. Instead of just extolling the virtues of writing articles, he immerses you in the technique involved to write professional and meaningful articles. The book not only explains why articles are so important but how to write and structure your article to maximize your web traffic which leads to earning money. Articles give webmasters fresh content to use on their websites, in their ezines or in their newsletters and bring you subtle publicity.
Jim Edwards’s eBook is truly a concise map to writing articles that will not only draw traffic to your websites but will gain you a reputation as an expert in your chosen field. The book logically and easily pulls you through the process of writing an article that will get published.
By no means think that this will instantly make you a master article writer – it will take some practice. I had to read the book through three times before I “got” the entire message.
When I started out writing articles I kept thinking to myself, “This is lot harder than Jim let on” but if you carefully follow his steps it will become second nature to you sooner than you think.
The only thing that I would suggest that could improve this eBook is if Jim would elaborate on ways of setting up a simple article announcement site. I think all of us who are serious about incorporating articles into our marketing plan would benefit from this strategy. Just think, knowing how to set up our article announcement site would be a real plus, since information is the core of your business
As Jim says: “Wouldn’t you rather have thousands of people send you two visitors per day than to depend on two or three sources sending you thousands of visitors per day”?
If you want to quickly learn to funnel new traffic to your websites without spending any cash on advertising, I give “Turn Words Into Traffic” a 9 out of a possible 10.
